What we collect

We collect personal information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you include in a message, enquiry or job application (including your resume).

Job applications

If you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, the role you applied for, your cover note and any resume you attach. We use this solely to assess your application and contact you about it.

• Resumes are stored securely and are not published or made publicly accessible.
• Only authorised staff who need it for recruitment can open your application.
• Every time a staff member downloads a resume, that access is logged.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, provide and support our services, process payments, assess job applications, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing your details

We share personal information only where necessary: with service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery and payment processing), with your consent, or where required by law. Providers may process data outside Australia.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption in transit, and multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for an application. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
